I have made it to day twelve. I'm feeling good. Going to meetings. Praying for the job. Organizing my apartment today and thankful for the clarity I am finding. I'm getting stronger and realizing that this relationship I am in is in all probability not going to work. Once I have the job, and my self esteem and confidence grows (and if he does not change) I am moving on and focusing on my faith and sobriety and new friends. I feel bad for my boyfriend. He is in denial of his problems and is miserable. This is not a time for me to be around miserableness. Staying positive and sending prayers and good vibes to you all! Hang in there, they say it gets better and living without constant alcohol is a much happier and fun life...we shall see!
