I'm stuck in an abuse/abstinence cycle with Vyvanse and Phentermine. I'll use one for a few days and then be clean for a week or so until I get the other. I'm using the phentermine right now and plan to quit it on Thursday (1st of August). Should I just go ahead and do it tomorrow ? Or use tomorrow as a step down day or something? My plan has been to quit for the month of August, but I'm sick of this!

I'm going to stick with my original plan. Quitting tomorrow! Not really medical issue since I go without for sometimes as much as 13 days a month. I don't have withdrawals other than maybe being a little more tired.
