Thank you very much! I will not be going back there ( I may screw up now and again) but I intend now I've found this site to have a better life and be within myself again! This place is amazing and is already helping in many ways!

Dee's right. I agree with him 100%. After spending too much time trying to come up with the perfect excuse and the perfect wording for why I wasn't drinking, I just finally said and still say " No thanks, not tonight. Got a diet coke?"

I've been trying to stay out of situations where I have to explain why I'm not drinking. If someone does ask me if I want a drink I normally just say not right now, or later or something like that. Drink a soda or something and most probably just assume you are drinking anyway...
