Just don't underestimate the fight scotgirl - not to freak you out, but if you've been drinking for seven years, even just a little for most of that, it may take a little longer than 2 weeks to see things right...alcohol can get its hooks in deep...

I will do matey thanks for that. Its the first time ive felt ive got a little fighting spirit in me, and that it doesnt have to be this way. I'll def be on every day to keep up the momentum. To read how other people have been away from it and feel amazing is spirit lifting in itself
