Good luck with day one, i completely understand where you are coming from as a wine loving mum. The hangovers and the guilt are just horrible. Sober life rocks, i am on day 27 today and i feel amazing and i am definitely a nicer person to be around. Well except for today, bloody pmt

It's 8pm and I absolutely have not had my usual bottle of wine!
I'm feeling great and I'm so pleased that I've actually done day one!
To me this is huge and I have a lot of you to thank for me getting through this day.
Let's hope I'm back here tomorrow night saying the same thing.

Brilliant xx I know you will feel more positive and vibrant every day xxx Well done x HA Ive just counted up my days like you did with your boyfriend when you were a teenager !!! days hours minutes seconds of how long you had been going out with him !!! and ***** its 799 days --- cause for celebration tomorrow 1st August and 800 days WOW !!!!!! shall I get champagne -- I don't think so -- TEA TEA TEA xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx WELL DONE YOU XX
