Hi people - just signing on, waving hello, after a couple of lurking days.

It's Saturday night - I'm in NZ - and my day four. Went to two back-to-back classes at the gym this evening and have a couple of films to watch. Drinking my favourite sober drink: V8 with a squeeze of fresh lime and lemon, Worcester sauce, and tonnes of tabasco - chilli high!

Feeling really good right now. Have been here before though, and gone back to old habits. Trying to be more mindful this time.

Five days sober today and back to work tomorrow after two weeks off. (I'm a school teacher.) Actually looking forward to it!
