Hi everybody,

I don't post in here often but I'm having a pretty good night and pretty proud that I will be hitting 38 days at 2AM eastern time. Just on here checking to see if anybody else is around and maybe we can share stories or help each other.

how are you feeling physically?

I could feel better physically but that's probably due to the fact that I'm overweight and haven't been very kind to my body for many years. I'm at 57 days now and the beer commercials and even seeing a beer bottle still bugs me so I'm not out of the woods yet but I've been to a couple meetings and see my counselor once a week. I'm determined to beat this disease this time......going at it one day at a time.
