9 months young in recovery
Hi there everybody! I am new to 'forums', lol. I remeber a friend using them when we were younger. Anyways I've beene sober for just over 9 months now and I am trying to reach out to others in the same boat I guess that's what this is about for me. I have good support system and good people around me but I feel like at a certain point I need to have relationships with others who can specifically relate to my struggle; drugs and alcohol. I am currently not attending any AA or NA meetings however I plan to soon. It just isn't convenient right now transportation wise. I thought I would try this out first. I am so glad to see so many people sober and online. (:
to SR! You've come to a great place for support and understanding. Congrats on nine months sober.
