Think back to how you felt this time around when you were five minutes sober. When you were one hour sober. And then think back to when you got that first day and started day number two. Remember exactly how you felt, try to remember the thoughts running through your head. Atleast that's what I do when all else fails. I remember not why I'm staying sober, but why I'm not drinking or using.
As far as not being able to sleep goes, I can relate. Which is why I'm on right now, and usually am on this time of night. The solution? I try to lay down and sleep, give it 10-15 minutes, if that fails I do something for 10-15 minutes and try it again. Sometimes this goes on for hours until I finally fall asleep.
Edit: Ok, just read your previous posts to see where you were at and I see this is the morning of day 3. Congratulations on making it this far, even with the desire to drink. Especially with the desire to drink. Just keep your focus on the fact that you can choose to not experience the worst things you went through because of alcohol. You never have to go through anything like that again, if you choose to not drink. Sometimes that choice calls for action, sometimes it simply means not doing anything. At all. Sometimes it will mean something different. But at all times you are supported, the road before you has been traveled before, and the journey is far more satisfying then the destination. Welcome to recovery

Do you have the shakes? This will pass it is always worse in the beginning. It probably wouldn't hurt to go to emergency or go see a doctor. Be honest on how much you have been drinking and for how long.
