Well on top of alcohol I have been drinking way too much Pepsi. Between those I have been gaining a lot of weight for my frame. I have not only stopped drinking alcohol but stopped drinking regular soda. I am now drinking one to two diet cherry pepsi's with diet sweet tea!

I don't know if u have em by you but Cumberland farms stores make this no calorie soda spritz it's a variety of fruit favors but it's good,the salon I work in is right next door to a Cumberland farms and I found myself drinking way too much soda. It's funny how we switch substances!! Good luck

I like soda water with lotsa lime and mint...or lime cordial when I'm lazy (and don't feel like picking the mint or cutting the lime : ). I love virgin frozen strawberry margaritas (but those too are sugary calories). Diet Nestea. Icy cold lemon or cucumber water. Any sort of fruit smoothie really.... I'm buying me a lot of different beverages these days..so if someone pops by I'm a way better host. Used to be..ya want wine or water?

I have been drinking soda way longer then alcohol. I would get grumpier with out soda then booze at times! Lol I'm trying to cut back because I'm trying to be healthier in my life. My next goal is to quit smoking but one step at a time. Haha
