Thanks for posting the articles. I love Russell Brand and his words really hit home. I like the part where he said basically the problem is reality and drugs and alcohol seem like the solution to us (I'm sure I messed that up).

I really admire someone who can put their problem out there for the world to see. It takes a lot of courage. I'm not quite there yet in my journey!
