I got off work @ 3:30 , got in my car faced it towards home. There's no dealer in that direction.I should be ok .I'll get back once I'm in the house

1 week , done deal !!! At home under covers , not going anywhere. It's been a rough 7 days , let me tell you . AV was super active after I survived last Friday, first in 7 months. I'm sure he ( I'll call it Troll , since he's always hiding , waiting to pounce ) is not going to be quiet this next 3 days. I'm ready , bring it

YAY on 7 days!!!! Yeah, that damned Troll can be quite annoying but I always used my "not an option..next" and distracted myself and that helped. I also just told myself for whatever length of time, I will not use in the next 5 minutes (or hour, or whatever) and when that time was up, said the same thing...while doing SOMETHING distracting and lo and behold, that Troll shut UP after a while.

Thanks : Snw , SR...It works . Any other Thursday I'd be planning my Friday , using. Now I'm planning activities for tomorrow , Saturday .
I have learned so much over the past 6 1/2 months. No one piece of advice , but many, from you , my support team. I'd never have been able to be where I am without it.

Day 8 ....I got off work @ 3:30 , paychec/cash in hand. Immediately called my daughter to make plans for tonight with my grankids . We're going to car races , then they'll sleep over. Tomorrow got things to take care of then , dinner or a movie. I know what to do if I get worried . Call someone or post " help " on SR. So far so good .
