I can't believe myself. I had self control over this drinking thing over the weekend. Not a drop. I am so proud of myself. I never thought I'd make it through Friday and Saturday night. (I'm a thurs, fri, sat binge drinker) I woke up this morning at 6am I'm never up this early on a weekend. I sleep until noon. I have wasted so many hours. Its a beautiful sunshine day. I feel great other than a cold that creeped up on me today. WOW I still can't get over the willpower I had and I was so worried. Bring on the next week!! Have a great day everyone.

A couple will hurt! I know this now. I'm onto a healthier lifestyle. I don't want to waste my weekends sleeping and feeling groggy. Something just clicked in me last week. My whole thinking did a 360. I'm in this for me and my health.

I know exactly how you feel right now. Wow, Saturday and Sunday mornings really exist! That and they're awesome!

I promise you, it just keeps getting better too. Doing what it takes to make it past those urges and waking up on the other side is incredible and empowering. I am now 7 weekends without alcohol and 48 days sober.

By the way, Friday and Saturday binge drinker here, also dealing with a summer cold
