Man. From the tone of what you wrote I think you captured what so many of us have felt. It can get better. It really can. I've lost many of my "friends" ... but it turned out that most of them weren't my friends. We were just co-depressive alcoholics and drug users. It's been slow but I've started to figure out who were my friends and who wasn't. Hang in there. Please keep posting.

Um I'm doing ok. Terrible day today actually. Had a migraine at work, which sucked. Wanted to call my boyfriend after work and tell him how ****** my day was and phone stopped working on me

Went to pick up smokes about an hour ago, and had the urge to drink. It was strong. Just wanted to feel better for a bit. Played it thru it though, and phones working again.

But thanks for asking, 'preciate it.

That sounds like a tough day ... but you got as you said "you were strong". It's wonderful that you have someone in your life that you can call ... even if technology sometimes fails.

My day? Mostly grins here. I just feel like I'm on a good wavelength. Life has been dealing my some bad cards (losing my job soon) but I feel that everything is going to come out well. If I were still drinking I'd be in a total tailspin. Thank you for asking.

Nu - lol yep I do. Been together over 6 years. He works out of town most days out of the month. Also has struggles with addictions... But that's a tale for another day I Spose ; )
He's a good soul and I'm thankful to have him in my life.
