Hello I am 2 days sober again and looking forward to staying sober. It seems that a lack of meditation and prayer is a problem for me.

Prayer helps me alot, too. Get some time for yourself and pray and meditate if you can and that helps.
You'll find lots of support here, too.

Hi. I'm not or ever was a religious person but believe in a Higher Power. Many years ago I got on my knees and asked him/her to help me stop drinking. I keep it that simple each day for the past 30+ years and something works. BE WELL
