On day 10 & have been feeling the urges creeping up on me.it s been really hot here in HK..the perfect weather for beer & hangovers,also struggled yesterday but did not fold..keep telling myself it s 1 day at a time but some days definetly easier than others..😔

It's never perfect weather for poisoning your body and feeling like garbage.

Some days are tough but try to ride it out and recognize that it's your AV wanting that drink and not you. You can do this!

Something I was told and is helpful: if we don't pick up the first drink we DON'T have to TRY to get sober again. I after 30 + years don't thing I have a chance to stop again. BE WELL
