Went to my first AA meetig today I really feel it helped :) I survived my first ever AA meeting! Emotionally drained now though |

Thanks everyone :) I feel more positive after leaving than I have in a very long time. It's an awesome feeling. It feels good to take one day at a time. A great mix of people too and all very welcoming |
