In to the second week:)
So I made day 8, and with ease! Looking forward to another wine free week ahead. The sun is shining, life is good. Enjoy your alcohol free day sr family, whatever your doing! Anyone who fell off the wagon, dust yourself off and get back on, life is pretty great on the sober side

Day 8 
At the start i accepted there were going to be good sober days/weeks and bad sober days/ weeks . There have been fewer bad days/weeks since quitting, i'm not sure why LoL
Stick with it .
