W\ out taking the "walk of shame" . Didn't think I had it in me today. Been sobbing like a baby at times. Sleep had avoided me again as well. But I am SOBER Jammin' tunez & remembering an "old friend".

I've suffered from insomnia for about 4 or 5 months, so I hear you about that. But it's still doable to be sober along with it.
And, I think it's time to kick out your blue moods) Have you heard about Baron Munchausen? This dude used to tell the most unbelievable tales. One of which was that when he got into swamp and was about to be drowned, he pulled himself and the horse on which he was sitting out of a swamp by his own hair.
What's the point? Even if there's nothing but a swamp around, there's always way out.
