I am so glad you came back and that you re-posted from a post you started this past July. Re-read it over and over and over.
You can make this your last day one. You can make this your "ENOUGH!!!" moment! Just remember how horrible your life becomes when you decide to have just one, even though it sounds SOOOOO innocent at the time. Once the beast is aroused it will continue to taunt.
You coming back and reintroducing yourself based upon a previous post is excellent for you! You had one drink, all innocent, and then.... boom... 4 months have passed.
It is just so hard to pull your self back once the slide begins.
But, now you can see in black and white, there is always an eventual dark and ugly slide...
Sobriety is so much better. Honestly. It really is!!!

Victoria74 - we can do this. I think believing that fully and completely is important. At this point, I have no sage advice, but we can learn through this together!
FourSeasons - thanks for your post. I actually went hunting today for all my old posts and gave them a read through. Its depressing to think that I am no further ahead today than I was when I joined here. However, I am going to try to use that to propel me forward..
