Playing the odds
The path to successful recovery is the biggest gamble in your life because the steaks are whether you live or what do you die. There are a lot of paths to sobriety but I choose the ones that have the highest probability of success.
I do the following: because I had seen these work for an awful lot of people and I've seen a lot of failure for people who didn't do these things. does this mean that these items are the only way? Absolutely not but again it's all about playing the odds of success.
This formula seems to work for a lot of people so this is where I betting my money
