Day 5

So today is day five:) I'm happy and so positive. How nice to have a hangover free weekend. Today I am enjoying the sun and looking forward to a family picnic, which previously I would have packed a bottle of wine for! I am eating well, sleeping great and taking a real pride in my appearance. Life without wine is pretty damn great, I should have done it years ago. Guess you have to get in the right headspace.
