Thanks all yeah as you know it's a struggle .But I try to keep my head up and try to put one foot in front of the other.But I will never give up.The only thing that has ever worked for the stretches of sobriety I have is this place .I know I can turn here .I fall a lot ,I can say its progress but its slow.I have to keep trying and pick myself up .Of course I feel ashamed so I don't post much but I stay around .

Of course I relate to Keith Whitley and also so many of you .Its complete madness I fall down get up and start over .It ain't much but it's better than giving up I supose.I don't have the answer to what I'm going to do different this time but try again .Dont give up on me .Its not that simple.Its funny when you really know what you got to do but can't seem to grasp it.
And yes it's nobody's fault but mine oh yeah mine ole mine.
