Day 4 - Sober
 

Oh what an absolutely rubbish day I had yesterday. Mood swinging all over the place, nearly losing my temper, crying, the works, everything ached, just felt like an old pair of pants! But I'm here again and I'm still sober.

Hang in there, it gets better.

Good on you on getting through the day. It's passing the days like that that is the hardest I think.

Congratulations! I'm still with you. Keep your chin up we'll both have good days and bad days. I actually mentioned you in my post. Sorry to hear yesterday was one of the bad days but as I keep reading things will get better. Stay strong a better life is ahead I'm sure of it.

It happens! For sure. My head is pounding today, which could be unrelated, but I feel like I am hypersensitive to my body since i quit. It will pass. "Luckily" I quit smoking 6 years ago so I feel like I "get" how it works: Ups, Downs, Ups, Downs... to: "Oh wait, I haven't thought about smoking in a while"

I've been having some up and downs since I quit 11 days ago. Just know that this is normal and there are better days ahead.
