Hi every1,
This is my first time to try anything like this but I ll give it a shot.
I just need some help to kick this disease I m suffering frm.i m on my 3 rd day off the drink from a week long binge so I m still feeling pretty shaky..insomnia ..the sweats..the self-loathing.
Don t really know what else to say at the moment...still finding it hard to concentrate.

Congratulations on recognizing the problem and taking steps to address it. And welcome!
I know how you feel. I quit off of a similar bender a week and a half ago, it was awful, lot of stinky sweating and sleepless nights, hot one minute cold the next, major depressed episodes, cry at the drop of a hat, and some other unsavory side effects that are a little too gross for public dissemination.
Probably past the worst part, though, so chin up! You should feel better tomorrow (probably not great yet, but better).
Good progress! Stick it out for awhile, it'll get better.

Just nice to know that there r ppl out that understand what I m going through.
I ve been to 2 meetings at AA before but not sure if I m that comfortable with dealing with my problem that way..not yet anyway.
Still having slight anxiety problems.

Mark, 3 days is a wonderful accomplishment!!! Way to go! You may not realize it yet because you're still wading through some of the unpleasantries of withdrawal. Keep your chin up it will get better, it always does. You'll realize how strong you are, and were, to get through the hard parts. As Ohta said - One Day at A Time. You can do this!
