Day 4 - Sober
 

Pretty rough day yesterday, very emotional and very tearful, a whole mish mash of emotions, but I'm still sober today.

the begining for me was very uppy and downy , kinda exhausted if i slept or not .

Firstly congratulations on day 4! I'm proud to say I did manage to stay sober and hopefully I'll continue to be one day behind you.

Thank you so much for asking and knowing that others are following my progress will definitely help. I'll be looking for your posts each day as well.

I know exactly how your feeling regarding emotions I've posted a thread about how my day went and there was times when I felt really low and irritable particularly after I put my daughter to bed (I think they call it the trigger point on here).

Please keep posting it helps knowing someone is going through the same thing and succeeding.

I've been reading on here that it gets easier so here's hoping. Good luck and stay strong.
