Day 3 - Sober
 

Woke up drenched in sweat again today and had a very freaky dream that felt like a nightmare but can't recall it now. Also nearly lost my rag with someone on the underground in London yesterday, I know it's all the emotions that are flying around like loose cannons but a bit shocked at how quickly I was ready to go from 0 to 100 in 5 seconds! Good to be posting sober today!

I was pritty irritable at the begining , it peaked for me at about 6 weeks , were all different though maybe i'm a slow burn . I think i kinda found some perspective then and started practacing backing off .

Not letting someone elses rudeness and selfishness become my problem and upset my serenity (especially when driving) .

Early recovery is a difficult time emotionally,great that you kept your cool,especially on the underground!
