Hello Everyone,
I just want to check in and catch up on everyone's threads. I got a new computer and haven't set up Java, etc to chat.
I am going on 7 weeks alcohol-free. It has been really, really tough without the daily check-ins here at SR. I cannot believe I have made it this far. I have had some very stressful moments where I thought I could have "one drink" without anyone knowing. In each case, imagining what I would most likely transpire has stopped me. Most of all, I am worried about getting a false sense of security in my ability to moderate. I have tried before and it works for a day or two...

Hello! Yes happy Monday to you as well! Congrats on 7 weeks, that's awesome! I'm on day 12! Doing well. Sounds like you figured out as well like I did that the "just one drink" thing doesn't work (unfortunately). Keep up the good work!!
