Almost 3 weeks :D
20days & Still going strong 
Reading allot about sober living as well as mediation and Buddhism ,, But worked really took a toll on me last night so I had to break down and eat my prescribed Valiums to stop the spasms .. So now I feel all fuzzy & tired so wanted to checlk in early so I can nap this off .. TTYL '

Yea I am closely monitored w\ the Valium so that shouldn't be a problem .. Actually I don't even like them :p But I never drink when i am on them so they do act as another deterrent lol
