Reflecting on the things I do today that I would not have done three months ago. That is my buzz.

Helping a neighbor...I would have been to drunk
Getting my glasses....I wouldn't have cared/to much time/cost to much
Giving another my 24 hour coin....I would have been selfish
Getting angry at another for taking all the ice cubes....I would have created a resentment
Not calling back my ex-husband...I felt obligated, I don't now
Meeting an obligation....I would have blown it off

For me it is the small things that I do that give me the greatest buzz.

Yeah, I'm with Stevie - exercise all the way. Followed by enormous amounts of food.

Although Mr Clean has a good point about killing things; I like destroying Addams Family bad buys on my SNES.
