Well now I can go to the doctor because I just completed an application for health insurance! I am proud of myself for doing something about my need to get help with my anxiety and depression. So I went to goodwill and bought two books for seven dollars as my reward. Still a little nervous around people and I am paranoid like wondering if this girl at the checkout counter saw me drunk two months ago somewhere talking and bothering people. I need to let go of the past.

Another day alone. I went to the grocery store and all the attractive women were with goofy looking dudes. Maybe once I exercise more and start getting more sobriety my confidence will come back and I can go up to someone and talk to them. I feel like I look very old, like ten years older than I am, so talking to young girls is strange to me because I don't want to bother them. Sigh. This is why I used to just drink and not give a ****. Having a hard time being alone all the time. Sorry to vent and complain. Have a good weekend every one.

Word of advice with the ladies (not that you should listen to me on that one ), don't get sober so you can meet women, meet women because you are sober, if that makes any sense.
