Hello Everyone
Thank you all for your support. Well my slip up last week and the hangover has been a tremendous help in me staying sober. Daughter is still in jail and best friend is out of rehab with only a 5 day stay. Two loved ones in one week overwhelmed me but should not have interferred with me jeapordizing sobriety.
I love each and everyone on this board. To the new one's, you can do this, to the "old" one's, keep posting positive messages.
I can no longer be an enabler to anyone. I will continue to help myself with your support.
We can do this.

Sounds like you are dealing with things much better, that is a great sign Living. SR is truly a great place, i'm glad you are here and glad I can also participate. Good luck moving forward.
Hello Living.
I had to have a few of those stumbles myself. They led to a stronger commitment to sobriety. I finally know there's no comfort to be found by picking up - only misery and regret. Glad you are back on track. You're going to make it.

Hi friend
Hi friend , from what I see it's your resolve that shines through. With each stumble its strength that we gain and insight into the way we deal with whatever life throws our way. Keep your head up , God hands his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers

Love to all! Without A/C for 2 weeks right now. Sweating to death and realizing how lucky I am to be sober instead of withdrawls. LOL. Sometimes you just have to shake your head and laugh.
