What recovery program were you working before to get 8 yrs sober .. and why did you quit it?

I had 7 years of recovery and 8 years of relapse so I know how it feels to be in our situation. I have been sober 2+ months, going to AA 4 times a week, meet with my sponsor weekly and we are working the steps together, and most importantly have hope again. I thought I was hopeless 3 months ago and something made me pick up the phone and reach out for help. ;)
