Day 4
 

Feeling much better today. I took a couple of Advil for the headache last night and fell asleep with my daughter. Today I have lots of energy and I'm out in the yard, but it's hard not to think...boy, a beer would taste good right now. I went out and bought some pop to give me something different to drink.

Today is starting off as a good day.

Hope your day continued to well FM! Good idea getting different to drink. I experimented with all sorts of sodas and juices with seltzer to feel less deprived. When I thought how good it would be to have an alcoholic drink, I learned from here to play the tape through. I the inevitable more drinks than I planned on, to the stupid things I would say or do, to the hangover, anxiety, and guilt the next day. Then it didn't sound so good. Keep it up!
