Yes!! Sober Saturdays are the best kind of Saturdays, ...and they make for waking up clear on Sunday mornings even better.

Congrats on another sober/smoke free day!

Knee still hurts but I walked miles yesterday. It is getting better.

I feel calmer today. Planning to see a doctor this coming week for anxiety/ depression, but exercise really helps me the most.

I want to go and have a few beers. I am really close to walking out the door. I won't be driving. I thought I would post on here first. I want to meet a girl and dance tonight.
