Yes!! Sober Saturdays are the best kind of Saturdays, ...and they make for waking up clear on Sunday mornings even better.

Knee still hurts but I walked miles yesterday. It is getting better.

I feel calmer today. Planning to see a doctor this coming week for anxiety/ depression, but exercise really helps me the most.
