Day 1

Like most mornings I decided I am going to stop drinking today. Stop thinking about it, stop reading about it, just do it. I hope I can make it through the evening without giving in. Wish me luck <3

Thanks you all for your kind words. I've been to the supermarket to get dinner for my kids and I completely avoided the alcohol aisles. I'm quite hungover from last night so I'm looking forward to going to bed - hoping for a sleep. I thing I'll hang out on this site once the little ones are sleeping, I love reading the inspiration stories - they give me so much hope. Xxx

I spend a ton of time here my first couple weeks Butterfly. To this day I still find it very comforting to be in the company of others with the same issues I have. As well as the support in both good and bad times. Hope you have a good dinner and get some good rest tonight.
