I know I will make it cause I am in touch much pain to walk a mile to the packie :p lol Have no clue what triggered my spasms this time; been off the past 2 nights .. But they just kicked in this morning and they bad This is usually where I call a friend to take me or something; But not today So checking in early in case I decide to try and lay down & sleep since I do work tonight

When I got sober, I realized how much pain my body was in. (Long story omitted here) It took a little while to "even out" and today I do not have that same pain.

Your nerves are just getting awake. After a while, they will calm down. It all gets better! Keep moving forward!!!!!!

Thanx MB .. I feel good other then my back and all .. Well mentally I am shattered; but that is another story .. Thanx Sugarbear; wish I knew you were in MD; we could have hung out on my vacation and I wouldn't be in the mess I am now :p lol was just down Towson when I fell off the wagon
