good to see you again Ludo.
I remember wanting to change - needing to change - but never quite making any permanent changes.
Finally I realised if I wanted change, I needed to make changes - changes in my social life, in my friends, in the way I dealt with things - everything.
It might seem an immense undertaking, I know - but you're not alone
Post here as much as you need to Ludo....read around and see how other people are approaching sobriety - you might find an approach that appeals to you

Replying to this post because this was me 2 years ago, under my first username, I searched and found myself so I thought I'd tag myself on it..
Well I poured alot of wine away didn't I..
Trouble is I never had a plan beyond that so it never worked.
Now 2 years later, a trip to to my Dr has made it possible for me to detox and be 38 days sober...
