Quick 8 Day Check in...

Usin' the "app" cause work kicked my butt last night .. So already in bed. No cravings YET.. I say yet cause getting nervous about the meeting and I have next 2 nights off ..

Congrats on Day 8!

Don't be nervous - there's no such amount of fear and nerves in the world that can help us to improve the situation.

Imagine that all this anxiety just goes through you and leaves and body and mind, and goes to nowhere, non-existence, where it belongs.

What worst can happen to you at the meeting? Nothing, actually. Are you worried what people would think about you? It's of no your concern. You are who you are and nobody's opinion can change it, right?

So, get yourself proper rest, sleep, smile and enjoy new experience tomorrow. You are stepping out of your comfort zone, exploring new opportunities - and that's great! That's what life is really is about once we stop worrying about possible and impossibe outcomes)

Thanx Dee .. Ohh I plan too I have goals; plans and ambitions .. Had them before but they always got muttled binging :p lol
