day 5 - still counting hours and minutes
 

Well, I made it through yesterday. Feels nice to wake up without a sweat-soaked pillow or the fog of hangover. Last night was really difficult, but I'm glad I didn't drink. I like myself better not drinking. I trust myself more sober. That simple.

Congratulations on Day 5 and glad you're starting to feel better.

Great job shhhh. For me the first week was by far the hardest, things started getting much better after that. Keep up the good work, it will get better.
