It was pretty cool everyone is so nice! But I didn't really talk cuz I was scared and didn't want to talk and start crying in front of a bunch of people I didn't know. I'm looking forward to the next meeting

You can fall 1000x1000 times; it doesn't matter how many times you fall. Just be sure to get back up. You will eventually get to the place you want to be.

Once you're feeling a little better it would be a good idea to sit down and evaluate what you've been doing wrong and what you've been doing right. Make adjustments where needed.

Keep your chin up though. Many of us have been in the mental place you're in right now. It's a horrible place to be, I know it all too well. But it will get better.
