Craving
I've been craving more frequently lately... Especially when I find myself at home alone.... I don't thankfully act on these cravings it's just I seriously want to get high... It's not because I need it or I'm detoxing I'm at day 63 although it feels longer... I just want it... Will power has been put to the challenge and won this day

Hang in there. It was suggested to me that when the thoughts of using came into my head to think of not using by thinking of pleasant or unpleasant things. For me the sweetness of making and eating extra rich brownies worked as well as the horrid thought of washing dirty diapers---- by hand. what ever works. BE WELL

We are addicts. We crave the drug. Something clicked in our brains the first time we took it. Something drove us to use again and again until addiction took over.
Perhaps it is time to step up your recovery efforts. Are you involved with any substance abuse programs, such as NA? Do whatever it takes. It would sure be a shame to lose the clean days you've acquired.
