my first day

its hell right now didn,t eat well the last couple of months,everything pains,feel like i.m having a heart attack now,hope it can get better and i,ve have the will power not to have a drink now,why me?,

Welcome. Sounds like you are detoxing - and having a bad way with it. Can you get medical help if you need it?

I too would suggest seeing a doctor if you're feeling that badly. Detox can be dangerous. Be safe.

Welcome. I am sorry you are in so much pain, but I have to agree with the others, if you feel that it is bad enough please see a proffessional, it could be the difference between life and death.
