I've been on and off the wagon over the course of the past couple of months. Haven't had any miserable visits to the porcelain in that time but certainly wasn't a teetotaler either. My RAH is doing so well that I am starting to feel a bit ashamed to continue drinking even moderately. I'm not helping him or myself right now, so I'm back here hoping to keep motivated to keep booze out of my life. I agreed to start going to meetings with him sometime this week. It's a start..
