Congrats to you my one week buddy! I got 7 days under my belt today too!! After a couple decades of drinking...for me, one week is but a drop in the ocean of my recovery...I'm faaaaarrrr from having a handle on this thing. Heck, I got no handle and likely never will if that handle is on a jug : )

thanks guys! nuudawn u quit on my birthday! so did i. stoked to have u on the path with me man. lets stick it out together. i used the money i'm saving not drinking to get a gym membership. u should try it it's a whole different kind of high and it's one u don't regret the morning after. (minus some soreness) great to be back. anyone else treat themselves to something with their saved dough?

Hey Longhaul. I'm going to start running again since gorgeous weather is back about. How's about I treat myself to a whole wack of new Itunes for my Ipod for a new running soundtrack. YES! do it nuudawn. the first day back sucked cuz my body was so used to a stagnant lifestyle. but each day back in the gym i feel better about the skin i'm wearing and the human being i am, and i know you will do. dust off the shoes and get out there man. the music helps a ton too. no credit is due to me dude, it's u who puts one foot in front of the other. get em
