i really dont understand this, why do i get so angry over a stupid video game? is it because i cant control everything and all the actions? i swear i play guitar hero and i strum with the beat every time and yet it keeps telling me otherwise. its very frustrating because i want to advance myself to the next level but with this constant issue how can i? i just dont get it, why am i so angry over something so stupid....please help...

i swear i need HEAVY meds in order to curb this thing cause it wont go away on its own, no matter how many times i breath or count to 100

I don't know, but a game is supposed to be fun. If it's not fun, stop playing. Find another outlet or hobby; or to get some perspective, maybe you should sit down and write a list of the really important things in your life. I'm guessing Guitar Hero won't make the list.

Life is too short to waste time getting emotional over something so trivial.

well your all right, i do enjoy it, i guess it just frustrates me when things are not going as i hoped. usually i just walk away and do something, like today i went and washed the truck at a local car wash. was productive and burned off that unnecessary anger

Because you are in withdrawal right? Everything will **** you off right now, its par for the course, and to be expected. Learn from your anger, face it, and process it. It will get better and one day, you wont be so angry.
