just found this site. been sober since 18 feb struggling now with hot weather. seems like there is a pub on every corner with nice beer garden

Yeah there will always be a pub on every corner - but we have to remember what one drink can lead to for us - despair, embarrassmement and destruction.

If we want change we need to make changes I think - but you'll find a lot of support here
