New here and hello all!

Hey guys / gals. I'm making my first post here. I'm recovering from Opiate and alcohol addiction. I've got 43 days sober. Not having too much problems without the alcohol, it's the opiates that's miserably difficult. Thanks to all for these forums

Keep on keeping on... try going to the sauna to sweat the last of the opiats out of your system drink plenty of water to flush it all out....you can do this ...it gets better

Hi - I am new as well and think 43 days is great. Well done you. I am 3 days sober so have no advice to give as I'm only on my first baby steps but each sober day is a good day.
