Day 6 :) and feeling good
day 6 sober now. i go back to work this afternoon, unfortunately for me i work in a pub. just hope that it doesn't bother me too much. On the plus side i did manage to go into my local pub yesterday afternoon and only have soft drinks. slightly proud of that. As to a post i put on on day 3. my friends are accommodating for me, were all off for a celebratory 'sober curry' tonight

Those of you that are struggling, keep pushing through. im feeling better everyday. yes im getting cravings but just keep the idea that life will be better on the other side, its helps a lot
