Day 5 check in :)
 

day 5 now, i posted yesterday about how i felt like i woke with what felt like a hangover. i haven't got that today. also my first full nights sleep without waking up every hour or so. feeling good today guys.

and all of you posting words of advice and support i must say are really helping me
